True beauty comes from within. Keeping fit requires regular exercise, and for that you really only need your body. As a personal coach, I accompany my clients on their way to a new body awareness - at home or in the gym. My philosophy is that you always have your training equipment with you. All exercises are based on using your own weight and incorporating more movement into everyday life. This can be the stairs instead of the elevator or the bike instead of the car.

When training in the gym, weights are integrated to support beginners and sports-conscious athletes in their respective training goals.

 
In a non-binding, one-hour trial session, I go into detail about the goals and needs of the customer and develop a tailor-made program. Individual lessons or a subscription can then be arranged. The cost of the trial training will be deducted from this.
